At XomTour, we choose our partners with great care, ensuring they align with our core values of transformative tourism, community empowerment, and sustainability.
Our mission is to redefine the travel experience by fostering deeper connections between travelers and local communities â promoting responsible tourism that benefits both the environment and the people we interact with. We believe that travel should not only be about exploration but also about contributing to the well-being and prosperity of local communities.
What We Look For in a Partner
We prioritize partners who share our commitment to social impact â whether by empowering marginalized groups, promoting local craftsmanship, or supporting small-scale enterprises.
We focus on businesses that prioritize environmental sustainability: energy-efficient practices, waste reduction, and the use of locally sourced and organic materials. These sustainable practices are key to maintaining the delicate balance between tourism and nature, which is central to XomTour's approach to mindful travel.
We collaborate with organizations that offer authentic, community-based experiences â focusing on the preservation of local culture and heritage. Whether it's a traditional village tour or a cooking class featuring indigenous recipes, our partners help provide an immersive experience that allows travelers to engage with local traditions, fostering mutual respect and understanding.

Beyond Vietnam: Learning from Across the Region
Our network extends beyond Vietnam. In Thailand, we work with organizations like Suan Sampran â a third-generation family farm that has been recognized as a learning space for over six decades, now running the Sampran Model for sustainable food systems in collaboration with organic farmer networks. And ChaonaMahanakhon â an eco-village inspired by Thailand's Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, established on formerly degraded rice farmland that has been restored through natural farming and reforestation.
These partnerships across the region allow XomTour to offer travelers a wider lens on regenerative practice â and allow our community partners to learn from each other.
The Network Is the Point
A single tour operator can change the experience of a few hundred travelers per year. A network of dozens of community partners â each modeling a different dimension of regenerative practice â can begin to change the culture of an entire industry.
That is what XomTour is building. Not a product. A movement.
